1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any website, web application, mobile application, or digital service operated by Digital Research Labs (“DRL”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use our services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, clients, partners, and others who access or use our services.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. User Responsibilities
As a user of Digital Research Labs platforms, you agree to:

- Accept responsibility for all activities conducted under your account.

3. Prohibited Activities
You are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:
False or Misleading Submissions
Submitting false, fraudulent, misleading, or malicious information through our platforms.
Unauthorized Access
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems, servers, databases, user accounts, or networks.
Data Scraping & Automation Abuse
Using robots, spiders, scrapers, or other automated tools to access, monitor, extract, or copy content or data without prior written permission.
Impersonation
Impersonating Digital Research Labs, its employees, clients, partners, or any other individual or entity.
System Misuse
Uploading malicious code, viruses, or harmful material intended to disrupt, damage, or interfere with our services.
4. Content & Submission Rules
Evidence and Documentation
Where applicable, users may upload documents, images, or other materials to support service requests or submissions.
By uploading content, you represent and warrant that:
- You have the legal right to share such content.
- The information provided is authentic and accurate.
- The content does not infringe upon any third-party rights.
Submission of forged, fraudulent, or unlawful documents may result in account suspension, service termination, and possible legal action under applicable laws.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, software, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, and materials provided through our services are the property of Digital Research Labs or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content without prior written consent from Digital Research Labs.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digital Research Labs, its directors, employees, partners, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits
- Loss of data
- Business interruption
- Loss of goodwill
arising out of or related to:
- Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) our services;
- Any conduct or content of third parties on the platform;
- Any content obtained through the service;
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your data or transmissions.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
