Using HoneycombERP® managers can plan agreed upon goals and guidelines for employee evaluation and can set the key objectives for measuring success in the position and set developmental goals to encourage greater productivity and results.
Weight-age and Scoring System
HoneycombERP® provides the leverage to define weight-age against each segments of evaluation. This enables managers to set an even ground for evaluation of workforce from different segments of the organization.
Time Based Employee Target
One main segment of evaluation is the performance of an individual against the targets assigned and the achievements made against the assigned target in the time specified. HR managers can reap rich fruits from this as they have the leverage to define any type and number of targets and can assess the employee in the domain he/she is performing duties for the organization.
Evaluations Types& Evaluation Periods
Campaigns can be launched defining the periods of engagements and the purpose of the launched campaign. All other activities performed come under the launched campaign making tracking much easier later on. Evaluation types also provide a medium to the managers where different kinds of working individuals can be categorized and evaluated separately.
Evaluation Based on Assigned Target(s)
Besides time born targets, managers have the option to assign working targets to individuals; and later-on assess them whether or not the assigned task was completed. This goes into the final evaluation of the employee and points earned here are calculated in the end score an individual scores. Based on the score the future of the individual decided.
Personal Traits & Skills Based Evaluation System
HoneycombERP® evaluation module is a composite system that encompasses the most pertinent and key aspects of an employee in any organization. This is eminent from the fact that HoneycombERP® performance module evaluates Skills and personal traits also and weight-age is given to each critical aspect like punctuality, leaves availed etc. this is the point where all the information is fused and a final score is generated after evaluating an individual against each factor.
Performance Initiated Promotions / Appraisals
HoneycombERP® Evaluation module not just evaluates individuals it goes a step further by incorporating organization’s rules of appraisals based on performance evaluation, and automatically generating appraisals for individuals. Custom rules can be fed to the system and based on the percentages scored by individuals, auto appraisals are posted for approvals.
Records & Tracks Employee Competence Levels
HoneycombERP® Evaluation module tracks and maintains each individual’s performance history and on that basis is capable of generating the competence levels of each employee. Additionally the managers can also recommend and set competence levels of individuals.
Employee Grievances & Reviews
At each Evaluation, HoneycombERP® provides a detailed review system that helps to endorse any evaluation by adding details as why certain individual was scored high or low. Comments are also available for the employee where he/she can comment on the score given.
