The system allows to transfer any individual within the organization or to any external attachment. In-house transfer automatically adjusts the organizational structure and updates all the employee references throughout the application. Department\u2019s strength is adjusted and all controls and rules are updated accordingly by the system itself. Permanent transfer causes the system to automatically dis-associate that individual from the existing organizational structure and associate new organizational entries, causing the individual to be governed by the rules and regulations of the new structure. Individual is counted in new organizational segment\u2019s strength after the approval from the designated authority.
