Automatic Process Assignment
Defined production guidelines followed by production, herein no user entry required user only defined the route then system automatically picking step to step work flow. Will helps to complete process order creation until process order confirmation.
Runtime Option for Change In Product Route
During the production process the steps can be changed as the scope of work changed. Production recipe steps followed but the route of work flow changed during production work in process. Route can be changed according to requirement herein.
Sub/Merge Lot, Rework &, Change Control
Herein the order process in different ways like full process entry, full order process in single go. Work is breakdown in more manageable activities assigned the required resources then combined at the end under single root, but constraint are same family and same vender.
After that rework on the items which are not the reduction able to make the production more precise. Change management applied side by side during the process flow and if the scope creep.
Process Travel Card (PTC)
Document with set of defined production steps, travel card report the product specific lot routes and each level status where the work in process exist in. Signifies Status of each manageable production activity.
Job Card with Lot History
When work in breakdown in manageable activities each activity is assigned a resource with a job card attachment which contains the details of the specific activity like the start, end resource etc.
Activate / Deactivate Lot & Batch Controls
Lot is controlled under two parameters, when Production order in the work flow is considered as in activate mode. If the production process is still or paused due to any reason considered as deactivated lot.
External & Internal Vendor’s processing
Working of venders within the organization and outside the organization, our system can handle both the scenarios in proper way and issues contract travel card for external and process card for internal vendors.
