Internal & External Repair Job Cards

HoneycombERP® provide efficient way to handle the internal as well as external work orders.

In internal Repair job cards we are assigning a work shop for faulty items internally i.e. no need to go outside for repair it. In External Repair Job cards team have to go outside for repairing.

Inspections & Repair History

In this we are maintaining all records for all those items which are availing the Repairing process. And also keeping the full tracking of the repairing i.e. from which work shop, which material associated with it, through which resources. It’s also keep record which perform inspection on it.

Repair Work Load Control

In this we can control the work load of the workshops .we can also switch our resources where the work load is higher, so that we can control the work load.

Material & Tools Association

HoneycombERP® provide efficient way to assign Material to a work order and keep their history and usage and also tools association with work order or job.

Maintenance Job History & Tracking

In this we are maintaining all records for all those items which are availing the maintenance.

And also keeping the full tracking of the maintenance i.e. from which work shop, which material associated with it, through which resources.

R & M Work Center Performance

In this we can check out the performance of our different work centers and we can check out the output of each work center. On the basis of this we can also makes the reports for decision making.
