Reward and Incentive Types
Using HoneycombERP®, managers can define categories of rewards and incentives, to better manage each kind of activities. Proposed rewards are categorized accordingly and the system allows to generate reports based on these categories. Managers can easily identify which category is the most frequent, and then can devise policies and rules to better suit organization’s need.
Discipline & Penalty Types
Like the reward categories, HoneycombERP® manages the offences by enabling its users to create Discipline & Penalty Types. Reported incidents are categorized in the defined types and later on can be tracked on the basis of these categories. No restriction is imposed on the number of categories, allowing maximum configurability in accordance to the organization’s needs.
Incident Reporting & Logging
Whenever an event occurs that is to be officially reported, HoneycombERP® provides an easy to use way to report the incident, fulfilling all the viewpoints. The system keeps track of each reported matter and at any time information related to any individual, any offence or any category can be viewed and important decisions can be taken.
Reward Proposals and Approvals
On every commendable action or performance, announcing rewards / benefits is critical for motivating individuals and ensuring better working spirits. HoneycombERP® allows managers to propose rewards in accordance to the performance and / or actions performed by an individual. Each proposal is filed under a pre-defined category which makes the proposal easier to be searched later on. After proposal has been filed / recorded, the request goes through the approval process. Once approved the proposed reward is granted to the individual. The system automatically adjusts the monetary rewards and are disbursed through regular salary.
Penalty Recommendation and Approvals
In every working environment, chances of misadventures, disputes do exist and the in case of any incident the managers must report and take adequate action to ensure that the same does not happen again. HoneycombERP® provides the option to lodge a penalty request against any reported incident. Details of the offence committed along with the category and severity are logged and sent for approvals. Once approval is granted, actions can be taken on the basis of the reported matter.
Record and Track Employee’s Rewards and Disciplinary Actions
HoneycombERP® maintains seamless flow and continuity of information by updating an individual’s personal profile as and when an offence / penalty or reward is approved. This ensures that at any time if an individual is been considered for any critical position, his/her profile paints the true picture of his/her profile, enabling the top management to take the right decision with much ease.
