HoneycombERP® HRMS enables the electronic handling of recruitment needs. Centralized Job Posting Portal is designed for recruitment tracking purposes, handle job applications and to manage resume data. The principal function is to provide a central location and database for a company’s recruitment efforts. Data is either collected from internal applications via application front-end, located on the company website or is extracted from applicants on job boards. Another benefit is analyzing and coordinating recruitment efforts – allowing companies to provide opportunities to internal candidates prior to external recruitment efforts. HoneycombERP® has a built in E-mail Notification system that uses the already fed data to send custom format E-mail and SMS notification to the shortlisted candidates. Thus saving time for correspondence by doing it in a professional manner.
Online Testing Facility
HoneycombERP® HRMS Online testing facility provides assistance in creating, conducting and evaluating examinations for the candidates, allowing the HR Manager to filter out just the right candidate for the required position. The system has a large database of questions, from which tests are prepared and updated.
The portal will be responsible for maintaining the record of scores and tests for which a particular candidate has appeared. Progress report can be printed at any time. Question papers can be updated by the members and can provide question bank consisting of questions of varied difficulty levels.
Panel Interview Scheduling & Results
The already shortlisted candidates are further put under scrutiny by the HoneycombERP® HRMS Panel Interview Module; allowing the hiring management to pick the best fit employee for their organizational needs. By using HoneycombERP® the Hiring manager can define custom panel for every interview. Pertinent details like Last drawn Salary, Reason for Leaving the Last Organization and test performance can all be associated with any interview. Joining Letters / Instructions to Finalized Candidates
Before the Candidates finalized by the interview panel can be enrolled as employee, each one must be sent some official correspondence letters so that the newbie knows the rules and regulation of the organization agreeing to the terms and condition of the job. HoneycombERP® HRMS eases up this matter by providing the facility to generate various correspondence letters like, joining letters, offer acceptance letter, joining instructions along with the power to attach the signed offer acceptance letter with the profile.
Applicant’s Enrollment as Employees
Managers have benefit administration control over the open enrollment process with comprehensive tools. Managers can finally enroll any finalized candidate by using the administrative panel. Customize reminder messages for employees to finish their benefits enrollment, monitor progress by employee, quickly approve or reject benefit selections, and batch update plan changes to HRMS. Step-by-step customizable wizards guide employees through benefits enrollment. Employees are prompted to choose plans based on automatic eligibility criteria and can even save their progress and return at a later date. They can authorize changes with digital signatures.
