HoneycombERP® Employee Self Service (ESS) allows employees, managers, and administrators to manage personal and company information. Employee self-service allows employees to view and request time off, access current benefits and dependents, and view job requisitions and training history anytime, anyplace via the Internet or an intranet.

HoneycombERP® ESS allows password controlled access to the portal where each logged on member can perform required activities. Access is not limited to PCs rather the application is accessible from PDAs, phablets, tablets or any other device enabled with internet access. Leaves posted here are visible in HoneycombERP® Leave management module, as the system is fully integrated. Posted leaves are visible to the reporting manager and the manager can recommend any record from HoneycombERP® ESS or HoneycombERP® Leave Management Module.

Review Loan Balances and Submit Loan Requests to Direct Superiors

Individuals using HoneycombERP® ESS can easily view loan statuses and balances and according to the needs can apply for new loan also. The loan request will go through the approval process in accordance to the standards defined HoneycombERP®. Once recommended by the line manager, the request is ready for approval and can be approved from HoneycombERP® Loan Management.
