HoneycombERP® Employee Self Service (ESS) allows employees, managers, and administrators to manage personal and company information. Employee self-service allows employees to view and request time off, access current benefits and dependents, and view job requisitions and training history anytime, anyplace via the Internet or an intranet.

Individual Employee Password Restricted Web Access on PDAs, Laptops etc.
HoneycombERP® ESS allows password controlled access to the portal where each logged on member can perform required activities. Access is not limited to PCs rather the application is accessible from PDAs, phablets, tablets or any other device enabled with internet access. This ensures that whenever and where required, each permitted user can login and perform required tasks.
Maintains, Review & Update Individual Profile and Contact Information including Temporary, Permanent and Emergency Contacts.
HoneycombERP® ESS is fully integrated to HoneycombERP® Profile Management Module enabling the system to fully synchronize all changes made. Each logged in member has the privilege to update his/her profile along with experience and academic records. Whenever any information is updated / changed, an email is sent to the reporting manager automatically mentioning the change.
Maintain and Change Individual Educational Records
HoneycombERP® ESS maintains detailed educational profile of every individual. Every logged in member has the privilege to update his/her educational profile himself. This ensures that every time the management have the updated status of their educated workforce. Whether it be a new qualification or improvement of grades, employee maintain their profile themselves. Additionally email system is configured to log and email any change in educational profile to the line manager.
Maintain and Change Individual Bank Information for Direct Pay Deposit
HoneycombERP® ESS maintains records for employee bank information with details like bank name, branch name, account number and salary breakdown. This information is fully synced with HoneycombERP® Payroll Module, enabling managers to deposit the pay directly into the accounts of individual on a click of a button.
Maintain and Change Dependents and Beneficiaries Information
HoneycombERP® ESS is fully integrated to HoneycombERP® Profile Management Module enabling the system to fully synchronize all changes made. Each logged in member has the privilege to update his/her profile along with experience and academic records. Additional records can be also be stored against experience and academic details. Whenever any information is updated / changed, an email is sent to the reporting manager automatically mentioning the change.

Besides showing the salary breakdown in an intuitive ring chart, the system houses reports that paint exact picture of any individual’s salary. Basic salary, allowances, deductions (both regular and irregular), bonus received, loans deductions / re-payments and taxes; every detail is available on a click.
Review Leave Balances and Submit Authorized Leaves to Direct Superiors
HoneycombERP® ESS empowers individuals to check and apply for leave anytime anyplace, with ease and comfort. Each logged in member can check his/her leave quota and can apply for leave if required. Leaves posted here are visible in HoneycombERP® Leave management module, as the system is fully integrated. Posted leaves are visible to the reporting manager and the manager can recommend any record from HoneycombERP® ESS or HoneycombERP® Leave Management Module.
Review Loan Balances and Submit Loan Requests to Direct Superiors
Individuals using HoneycombERP® ESS can easily view loan statuses and balances and according to the needs can apply for new loan also. The loan request will go through the approval process in accordance to the standards defined HoneycombERP®. Once recommended by the line manager, the request is ready for approval and can be approved from HoneycombERP® Loan Management.
Review and Demand Asset Requests Directly to Authorized Person According to Organizational Policy
Organizations issue asset to their employee on the basis of policies defined. HoneycombERP® ESS in conjunction with the HoneycombERP® Asset Management module offers superior control over the matter by allowing individuals to request / demand any particular asset anytime any day. Each request is posted to the next approving authority and after receiving approval the requested item is issued to the individual.
Submit / Post Resignation to Direct Superiors
HoneycombERP® permits individuals to post resignation to their manager by enabling a fully functional word editor, online. Logged in member can draft their resignation as desired and upon submission, a well formatted email is sent to the reporting manager automatically.
Administers All Above Requests from Direct Subordinates
HoneycombERP® ESS maintains complete organizational hierarchy and reporting setup by allowing the logged in member to administer requests posted from his/her sub-ordinates. This ensures that no posted request goes un-attended and follows the standardized approval process. Recommended records are instantaneously reflected in HoneycombERP® Authorization Module.
Generates Individual attendance, Leave and Loan Reports
HoneycombERP® ESS is loaded with multiple reports that are generated in PDF format. Leaves, Loans, Attendances and complete employee profile reports are available to every logged in member. Each individual can not only view these reports but every report is downloadable and can be saved for further report.
