HoneycombERP® Profile Management is core module which maintains Employee Master File, Complete contact information like street and mailing addresses, home and mobile phone numbers, e-mail address, Employment Position or Job, Employment Status like Active, On-Leave, Terminated, Employment Type i.e. Part-time, Full-Time, Permanent, Daily Wager etc. Employee Division, Department, Worksite and Work Shift and all relevant employee related information, including different types of personal information, detailed qualifications and work experience, job related information etc. and the Employee’s Picture. Information captured in this module is utilized by other modules, thus eliminating data redundancy.
HoneycombERP® Profile Management files will form a central hub HoneycombERP® HR Management, which will be used by the rest of the suite. Employment Roles, Responsibilities & Authorities
HoneycombERP® limits the access to information by defining and implementing clear cut authorities against the roles an individual is performing. This ensure supreme data security and record updating traceability in addition to complete logging of individual’s activities. Grouping roles and responsibilities on the basis of employee Ranks, Designations, Employee’s Permanent/Temporary Status and Working Group makes assigning of responsibilities and authorities much easy to suit to any business’s custom needs.
Employee’s Benefits Management
HoneycombERP® profile management is not merely a profile management module, it is a complete system that encompasses the entire avenue of possibilities associated to any individual performing duties in an organization, making this system much larger than the name might suggest. The system maintains all the benefits associated to employee, like allowances and other fringe benefits separately and can be associated to employee. After approval from the designated authority the allotted benefits are automatically calculated in monthly payroll.
Employee’s Funds Management
HoneycombERP® enables the managers to easily maintain employee funds by allowing to mark funds association at employee level. Additionally finds like Old Age Benefit and Employee Social Security are linked independently through a master configurator where percentages and rates are locked; and the intelligent rule engine implements them all along the company strength. Each fund’s contribution is decided by the rule engine based on organization’s policy; and the values are calculated automatically in the payroll and the associated vouchers posted to finance.
