Reward Proposals and Approvals

On every commendable action or performance, announcing rewards / benefits is critical for motivating individuals and ensuring better working spirits. HoneycombERP® allows managers to propose rewards in accordance to the performance and / or actions performed by an individual. Each proposal is filed under a pre-defined category which makes the proposal easier to be searched later on. After proposal has been filed / recorded, the request goes through the approval process. Once approved the proposed reward is granted to the individual. The system automatically adjusts the monetary rewards and are disbursed through regular salary.

Penalty Recommendation and Approvals

In every working environment, chances of misadventures, disputes do exist and the in case of any incident the managers must report and take adequate action to ensure that the same does not happen again. HoneycombERP® provides the option to lodge a penalty request against any reported incident. Details of the offence committed along with the category and severity are logged and sent for approvals. Once approval is granted, actions can be taken on the basis of the reported matter.
