The system maintains leave records, enforces leave policies and provide in time and updated information whenever required. Unpaid and paid types of leaves effect the payroll accordingly.

Leave Types
HoneycombERP® provides supreme flexibility and configurability regarding Leave Management and is the reason why it can fit in any organization large or small with great ease. Using the system any type of Leave can be easily defined / altered, and rules and regulations can be applied later on each leave type separately. Leaves can be marked as Carry forward able and En-cashable in accordance to the policy. The system also maintains whether a leave is paid or unpaid and accordingly impacts the payroll.
Organizational Leave Rules
Each organization has its own policies and rules regarding Leave Entitlements, Leave Allocation, Leave Approvals and Rejections. HoneycombERP® has a fully integrated Rule Engine that on the basis of Organization’s custom needs not only defines and allocates policy bound Leave Balances, it also provides option to superimpose and update /alter any particular ort group of records using its Master Control Widget.
Hierarchical Based Leave Posting & Approval Process
HoneycombERP® provides clear cut visibility and control of Leave postings and their progression through the organizational chain of command. At any stage each record can be viewed for details and analytical reporting can be generated to see history of the related person, Leave Type and other combinations. No one can post leave if the required quota and other rules are not fulfilled. Posted records are visible to the related manager only thus providing great records control and filtration.
Short Leave Management
HoneycombERP® intelligently manages Short Leave process, by providing flexible ways to achieve the task. Organizations can choose either the Hourly In-out Configuration or the Quarter Leave Deduction Configuration. This makes the life of any HR Officer very easy. Hourly In-out configuration is a post activity on / off duty setup while the latter is a standard deduction of leave configuration.
Leave Roll Back Option
Understanding the needs of industry and real time usage, HoneycombERP® Leave management system has the Leave Roll Back option. Once actuated by the designated authority, the selected leave record is rolled back and all the related attendances are adjusted properly. This gives immense power and control to the HR Manager to manage any pertinent situation at work.
Employee Leave Record and History
HoneycombERP® maintains detailed employee leave records in a way that any required is readily available. Leaves posted, approved and availed by any particular employee or group or department or any other organizational entity can be listed very easily on just a click of a button. Leave balance information is updated automatically whenever a leave availed is approved. Detailed reports are available showing pertinent information.
Auto Leave Carry Forward Widget
HoneycombERP® distinguishes itself from the rest of the lot by providing widgets and controls that ease up the work for the organization and offer control over the activities performed and doing the rightful automatically. Auto Leave Carry forward widget automatically creates leaves quotas / allocations of all leave types to all company strength that come under company policy. Additionally the carry forward able leaves are calculated and on the basis of previous year’s balance, new quota is assigned to each employee.
Leave Encashment
In HoneycombERP® En-cashable leaves can be vended in accordance to the policies defined. HoneycombERP® calculates the amounts automatically based on company rules and upon approval of leaves encashment request, the system adjusts the remaining en-cashable leave quota.
Multiple Reports on Various Criteria
HoneycombERP® empowers the organization’s management by providing widgets capable of generating reports on multiple criteria. Additionally methodical and analytical reports are also available besides summarized reports. These reports provide an insight into the organization.
