Internal & External Transfer Handling
HoneycombERP® Transfer and Posting module provides superior choices in handling employee transfer and posting cases. The system allows to transfer any individual within the organization or to any external attachment. In-house transfer automatically adjusts the organizational structure and updates all the employee references throughout the application. Department’s strength is adjusted and all controls and rules are updated accordingly by the system itself. This ensures complete synchronization of the change all around the application flow.
Permanent & Temporary Transfers
Any individual in the organization can be attached on a Permanent or a Temporary Transfer, both in-house and external. Permanent transfer causes the system to automatically dis-associate that individual from the existing organizational structure and associate new organizational entries, causing the individual to be governed by the rules and regulations of the new structure. Individual is counted in new organizational segment’s strength after the approval from the designated authority. In case of Temporary transfer, an individual is sent for an attachments, with his/her hierarchical structural information is not updated and the individual is counted in the same organizational segment’s strength.
Assignment Specific & Period Borne Transfers
Assignment specific transfers are very important part of any organization, HoneycombERP® provides an option to manage time borne and assignment specific transfers where the rule engine automatically activates the return procedure on completion of the assignment or assigned time. Great synchronization and control is achieved by managers using these options without worrying for the return procedure actuation manually.
Resource Request, Approval & Transfer Execution Procedures
In any organization, departmental request for resources is a common norm and done manually results in a lot of time and resource wastage. HoneycombERP® eases up the matter by simplifying the tasks and centralizing the complete process. Demand for any number of resource(s) can be logged with multiple options like skill set, experience, domain etc. that is received for approval. Once approved from the source and the client departments, the request is entertained and the resource transfer request is executed. Additionally in case of centralized approval authority, the system has the option to execute the transfer once final approval is granted by the central directorate.
Employee Transfer Reports & Records
Reporting widgets against each segment of the HoneycombERP® Transfer and Posting module generate pertinent reports, both detailed and summarized. Managers can see who has been transferred in house the most of times, who has been on foreign deputation / attachment for how much time besides other reports. This enables the managers to assess individuals and take adequate decisions for any specific case, increasing satisfaction among company employees by fair distributions.
